Jon-Paul Ales-Barnicoat brings more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources, Human Capital Management and Talent Management to his role at AliveCor. As Chief Human Resources Officer, Jon-Paul and his team are responsible for shaping AliveCor's corporate culture as well as attracting, retaining and growing top talent to support building and executing the company's vision. Prior to joining AliveCor, Jon-Paul led Human Resource organizations across healthcare, financial and tech industries. Jon-Paul held leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson, Motorola and GE, as well as spending many years working with early stage startups, pre-IPO and privately-held ventures.
