Simona Esposito is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience driving growth and innovation in the medical technology and diagnostics sectors. As Senior Vice President of Sales for Global Markets at AliveCor, she is responsible for expanding the company’s global footprint by leading go-to-market strategies across multiple regions and channels. Simona’s career includes significant leadership roles at both global corporations and high-growth startups. She served as CEO of Hibergene Diagnostics, a commercial-stage company in molecular diagnostics, and was a key contributor in business development at Flex and Laborie. Early in her career, she held senior positions at GE Healthcare, Olympus, and Johnson & Johnson, where she developed and implemented commercial strategies that took business units from inception to scale. Simona holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Economics and Management from SDA Bocconi in Milan, Italy.
